Delete your BoltBetz account
This page is for the BoltBetz mobile app, from BoltBetz, LLC. Use it to ask us to delete your account and personal data. You do not need the app.
What happens
- Your account is locked as soon as you ask.
- We finish deleting it within 30 days.
- This cannot be undone.

- Wallet history
- Voucher history
The law requires us to keep these records.
Before you start
Withdraw your balance firstWithdraw your balance at every venue first. An account that still holds money or has a transfer in progress can't be deleted.
Prefer the app? Open the BoltBetz app and go to Settings > Delete account.
